Our Services
The Mission
"Engineer a high-availability digital nervous system that transforms unstructured factory floor events into a structured, queryable data asset for global production optimization."
On a high-velocity production line, every second of downtime is a direct hit to the bottom line. Our client faced a critical visibility gap: their legacy issue-reporting was manual and lacked an audit trail.
Technicians were reactive, often arriving at the problem minutes after the initial failure. Management had no mechanism for identifying systemic bottlenecks across facilities. They didn't just need an alarm; they needed an event-driven infrastructure that could synchronize the floor and leadership in real-time while building a historical dataset for root-cause analysis.
We replaced the fragmented manual workflow with a robust, cloud-native Andon platform designed for sub-second latency and petabyte-scale analytics.
We built a low-latency backend where floor events trigger immediate, multi-channel notifications. To enable hands-free operation, we integrated a Text-to-Speech (TTS) engine that broadcasts specific error codes and location data directly to technicians via the facility's audio infrastructure.
To solve the "transparency gap," we implemented an RFID-authenticated workflow. Every stage—from ticket creation to technician arrival and final resolution—is logged via hardware-level triggers. This created the first tamper-proof dataset of "Mean Time to Repair" (MTTR) in the client's history.
We engineered a serverless ELT architecture to handle the high-velocity stream of floor data. Raw events are ingested into Google BigQuery using partitioned and clustered tables to ensure high-performance querying. We utilized dbt for modular SQL transformations and Python for advanced statistical modeling of downtime patterns.
The entire stack is containerized with Docker and orchestrated via Kubernetes, ensuring 100% uptime even during heavy traffic shifts or regional network fluctuations. Apache Airflow manages the complex DAGs for daily data consolidation and reporting.
