The Mission

"Translate Stellantis N.V.'s global 'Lion' brand identity into a blazing-fast, locally-managed digital presence across five Balkan markets—without compromising on brand compliance or performance."

The Challenge

Following the global rebranding of Peugeot by Stellantis N.V., the regional digital presence across five Balkan markets needed a complete overhaul.

The existing websites were aging and lacked the premium, "Lion" brand identity required by the new global standards. Beyond aesthetics, the regional teams needed a solution that could handle massive traffic spikes during vehicle launches while maintaining localized content across different languages and technical requirements—all without sacrificing speed.

The Solution

We engineered a high-performance, modular digital ecosystem that translated Stellantis's global vision into a local reality. Instead of building static pages, we focused on systems architecture and edge performance.

Component-Based Design System

We built a "Modular-First" library of UI components. This allowed local marketing teams to assemble any page layout they needed while remaining 100% compliant with global brand specifications.

Edge Deployment via Cloudflare Workers

To eliminate latency, we moved the website logic to the "edge." By leveraging Cloudflare Workers, content is delivered from the server closest to the user, ensuring lightning-fast load times even on mobile networks.

Dynamic Scalability

The architecture was built to auto-scale, ensuring that high-traffic events—like the launch of a new EV model—never caused downtime.

Localized Synchronization

A unified backend that allowed for regional price updates and inventory management tailored to Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro, Kosovo, and Albania.

Operations in One Place

The regional teams now manage five distinct national markets through a streamlined, future-proof workflow:

  • Global Compliance, Local Control: Each market maintains its own content while staying strictly within the Peugeot brand guardrails.
  • Instant Updates: New features or design tweaks can be deployed across all five territories simultaneously via the edge network.
  • Performance Monitoring: A single source of truth for site health and traffic analytics across the Balkan region.
