Nebula is an international IT consultancy company focused on digitalization, automation, and smart software solutions. We are building a B2B SaaS product for recruitment agencies, focused on helping recruiters manage the full workflow from client brief to placement.
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer, UX & Product Discovery with 5+ years of professional experience who wants to understand how recruiters actually work, identify where their workflows break down, and turn those insights into a better product.
What Makes This Role Exceptional
- Work on a B2B SaaS product designed specifically for recruitment agencies.
- Have a direct impact on how recruiters manage their daily workflows.
- Work closely with real users to understand their challenges and validate product ideas.
- Shape product workflows and experiences rather than simply designing screens.
- Work in a fast-moving environment where ideas are tested, implemented, measured, and continuously improved.
- Explore how automation and AI can genuinely improve recruitment workflows.
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with recruiters and recruitment agency owners to understand their workflows, challenges, bottlenecks, and unmet needs.
- Analyze and map existing workflows, identify opportunities for simplification and automation, and challenge assumptions around how the product should work.
- Design, prototype, and test intuitive workflows and product experiences, validating ideas through user research and usability testing.
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to turn validated concepts into features and continuously improve them based on user feedback and product analytics.
- Identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI to make recruitment workflows faster, simpler, and more effective.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX Design, or Interaction Design, with hands-on experience designing B2B SaaS products.
- Strong experience in UX research, user interviews, usability testing, and product discovery, with a user-centered and problem-solving approach.
- Ability to translate complex workflows and user needs into simple, intuitive product experiences, including wireframes, prototypes, and concepts.
- Strong understanding of product analytics, experimentation, and data-informed design, with the ability to challenge assumptions and continuously improve product decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working closely with users, engineers, and product teams in fast-moving, agile environments; fluent English.
- Visual design skills are valuable, but product thinking, UX, discovery, and understanding user workflows are the primary focus of this role.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing AI-assisted workflows or AI-powered products.
- Experience working with early-stage products where the product and workflows are still evolving.
- Experience working in highly iterative product development environments.
What Success Looks Like
- You understand recruiters deeply enough to identify workflow problems before they become product requirements.
- You can take a process that currently requires ten actions and figure out how to make it require three.
- You help the team determine whether users actually need a feature, what problem it should solve, and what the simplest effective solution looks like.
- You are comfortable testing ideas early, learning from users, and continuously improving the product.
- Your work makes the product easier, faster, and more intuitive for recruiters.
What We Offer
- Full-time engagement with opportunities for long-term professional growth.
- Flexible working model combining remote and onsite work within European-friendly time zones.
- Opportunity to work directly with users and international stakeholders.
- Private health insurance for employees.
- A culture that values initiative, open communication, feedback, experimentation, and knowledge sharing.
